Project Overview
As the only designer I was responsible for all the design work for this project from the visual design to the interaction flow of the app. The original plan for this project was for a single page dashboard that would later expand to a full web application. The original timeframe was 2 weeks. Since this would be used by clinicians but not integrated within their system I had more freedom in regards to the design but I also had to make sure that it complied with HIPAA
Outcomes & Lessons
After the initial release of the Case Management web app, the team at 11/Health has added on more features and continues to make improvements on the original design. The company is also starting conversations with health care facilities to integrate some elements of the web app into their local EHR.
